Messed up service

It wasn't enough for your reps to cancel out my insurance without my knowledge. Now the rep I was speaking to at the "customer retention" department also did not process my upgrade. How can one person receive so much bad customer service from one company on so many different occassions. I called today becasue I know I don't have a phone and therefore am likely not reachable to vodacom. I spoke to someone who said that he's system was stuck and needed to reboot so he would have to call me in 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of not recieving a call back, I then called again and spoke to a gentleman who was able to tell me that no upgrade was put in the system for the Huawei P9, the agent I spoke to 2 weeks ago did not process it because it was out of stock. I have been sitting, waiting on a phone for 2 weeks for me to be told that its out of stock and was never informed. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT? Now I am told that I need to wait another week, actually until Tuesday when the phone is in stock. So I can get it delivered on wednesday to friday. If your customer service is not blatanlty dropping their calls, they lie, or are totally ***********. How do you expect to retain customers if you treat them like this? Hopefully the gentleman I spoke to now was truthful and competent and I will get the phone during wednesday and friday. I am still paying for services that I don't use let alone have with me. What the hell is wrong with Vodacom, how come your customer service agents and even from the retentions department are sooooo ***********. This is just too much from someone who is trying to stay a loyal customer. If this is how loyal customers are treated, shunder to think what you do to your other customers. I just want the phone, if you can not provide it. Tell me so I can go elsewhere to get it.
