Messed Up Repair

I submitted my iPhone 6 Plus for repair in last week of December 2016. Phone's touch system was not working intermittently. In mid-January Vodacom gave me quotation of around ZAR 3.7K which was accepted and paid to Vodacom Repair but when I received the phone issue was not fixed.

I resubmitted the phone, till today my phone is not fixed and Vodacom Repair Center in Port Elizabeth didn't bother to update on repair status though I have called few times to get some status update but nothing has moved yet.
