Messaging link on the Vodacom site not working, can't make changes to email alias.

I have 2 vodamail email accounts at Vodacom, the link from the Vodacom site after logging in, Messaging, at the bottom the of page (email link) has not been working for many months. So I can't make changes to the 5 alias or the email account. I logged calls at the Vodacom call centre, you can't talk to the people working with Vodamail, so they log the call, and then nothing. The message link still don't work, after many months.
