****mers won’t cancel my insurance

I am so annoyed with Vodacom and they are a bunch of ****** that do not want to do right by a customer that clearly states she has her cellphone insured with my home contents and I no longer want their insurance that also goes up every month 😡😡 I been cancelling your insurance since May it’s June you guys still send me a statement that I must pay for insurance month end June , how the **** ?? When you said it’s cancelled and a refund is due back to me , please do not **** me off Vodacom and yall and your consultants get your **** together !!
