Every interaction with Vodacom is like dealing with the Nigerian mafia. Without fail, they process some aspect of our contracts which was not agreed to or authorised by me. I have probably had to call them EVERY single month this year because there are unauthorised changes or charges on my account. I am SICK TO DEATH of this nonsense. Its actually UNBELIEVABLE... And woe betide they call you to offer some improvement or better deal... it is just an opportunity for them to **** you. Absolutely disgraceful.
