I am deeply disappointed in the customer consultants that work in the rewards department.

I received a call from a consultant and advised her to call me back as I am in a meeting. Subsequently I received a SMS that a quote has been generated on my profile and has been sent from vetting.

I have never approved any quotes and this is ***** from your internal rewards department. This is ********* and I am disgusted by the service and the people that you have working in your organisation.

I Do Not want to be contacted by any reward department member. I have no trust in them .
