19 july 2023 i took a wifi router and contract with vodacom it was on special R339 per month. It is a debt order, end of july 2023 they wanted to deduct R628.00 which was insane overcharging, i call them they said they will fix it and come back to me, they never did. Monthend of August 2023 they did not deduct anything. Recently i recieved an email notifying me that i owe Vodacom R1239.20 and they will take a legal action against me. On the 19 September 2023 i will be turning exactly 2months will vodacom, according to my calculations i only owe them R678.00, at this point i am willing to pay what i owe and terminate the contract, they're just willing to ruin my credit score. I am very disappointed.
