Everything month I have the same problem with Vodacom and unfortunate that I renewed my contract with them last year so I’m stuck with them. Every month I get charge for an advance that I did not accept because I have airtime. I’m promised a refund but nothing all they do is call and sell lies. If your contract is about to end for your peace sake don’t renew it if you thinking of getting a contract let Vodacom be your last option

05 Apr 2024, 10:53I’m still getting charged airtime advance when I buy data although I have airtime and I was promised last month that the advance subscription would be blocked because I get charged an advance even when I have sufficient airtime. Honestly I wouldn’t suggest anyone to join your network
