****mers
I am back here after just a week of complaining about Vodacom, I don't know when they became ****mers. I took a loan from VodaLend cash advance R100 and I received it on the 14 June 2024. I think the application was done on the 12th or 13th June. Nonetheless, firstly I was annoyed to the fact that I got a hard enquiry from their 3rd call party (Nairtime) who have no contact details. Received a call from a gentleman from Vodacom, unfortunately I did not get his name. He told me that they are in business with people they themselves cannot contact (screaming ****) I even told him that. On the 24th June 2024 there is an option to settle the loan in full or pay partly. I choose to settle and the amount was R124.12, which I paid. After I had paid I see that the is now a balance of 0.87c which keeps accumulating to date. I sent an email to their customer care, but only received the auto reply. I chatted with them via Facebook, got a few responses and sent screen shots they have now gone quite. This is a real ****. Which people should be aware of. So they want be to pay interest on a loan that I have settled until its due date in August, what kind of ******** practice is this. Please close my account and stop this ****
