Merlarnie Vester works at your Mall@Reds branch in Centurion. She is a massive asset to your business, For the past 6 years she has been assisting us with our queries and upgrades. We make a point to wait to see her at the shop and only her. This is because she is so brilliant. Her customer centricity can be seen in everything she does. She listens to customers and provides the best fit for what is needed. She is the reason I was happy to move from Samsung to Huawei and now to Oppo. If she says the product does a,b,c, you better believe it will do just that and so much more. She adds value with ensuring all your customers leave completely happy with their purchases.
