Mercer z140c keypad faulty
I took out a laptop contract with vodacom in December 2019, Mercer z140c, they kepad does not work, upon calling vodacom I was told to contact the supplier, I got this contract from vodacom. I have insurance and a warranty, why is no one willing to assist, why do I as the client need to call the supplier?? +
