MENACE TOWER ..

reported a tower complain that was down over a week ago. Phoning them to have feedback. however been little feedback. Tower has been giving trouble for several years . But this time it is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be in the binned. Tickets been reported but closed after 24hours Issues hasn't been resolved with tower! Next deadline for tower to be fixed is 17th of February They call themselves the best network in South Africa my foot.

Absolutely horrible services especially for company deals with personal contract's etc ! Shame yeh constantly have to deal with Karen and neighborhood complaining 🙈.

Does it even take several days to months to replace parts ? They very fast to answer but absolutely slow to handle n respond to complains.

Frustrating when one has online business n losses money because of them .

Tower. Comes online for a few mins and goes offline past week . 2nd week same situation same story .

Nothing has been. Done about it .

Vodacom catch a wake up. China has issues they resolve it immediately but no slow poke tortoise.
