Mega Shake reward i.e. no reward

The Vodacom Mega Shake rewards are pointless. Won a Shaw Acadamy 4 week online course, but I have to pay R500 registration for the course. So what exactly is the voucher for? I even called their customer care and they confirmed that I have to pay registration fee, then the course will be free. Shaw Acadamy advertise 4 weeks free with R400 registration...

The puzzles received also keep going to previous puzzles already won. This is supposed to have a positive impact on Vodacom, but it is just leaving me more an more frustrated and negative twards them.
