I have a contract with vodacom a week ago I get a call from this lady who offered me a special ams advised that vodacom is their cost on data and airtime and offered to change my package I asked her several times that it was not an upgrade because I didn’t want to upgrade yet she said no. A week later I call Vodacom they tell me my number is upgraded, I ****med into upgrading. Wow is this what Vodacom has gone down to do just to keep the Customers.
