Vodacom ****med me. On February 2024, I went to Cellular city store at Walmer Park (PE); looking for data deal. A lady gave me a Vodacom data deal 80 gb (day) & 40 gb (night) for R299.00 pm. The lady said I can end this contract anytime when I want to, yet they did not allow me when I wanted to. I understood because they said the contract cannot be terminated (but the lady did not mention that to me on the consultation), but I took that.

Now I noticed they added other things that I was not aware about on the contract. Now they take R332.00 from my account for the contract, without asking me. This is a not right, and I don't know what to do as I am not working now.
