a **** artist managed to open an account in my name through Vodacom's online services and got a contract phone. I started seeing debits going off that I didn't know about so like anyone would I then blocked those debits because I didn't know where they were from. Three months later they start calling me asking me to pay and told them that I have no contracts with them. they advised me to go to the store to get more details on what's going on. The person who assisted me told me that it is a common ****. My frustration is with Vodacom's vetting processes and that ****s like these are common in their platform. My livelihood is in jeopardy because this is affecting my credit score, the stress I get from their spam caller collection team on a daily basis doesn't help.
