****med by Vodacom consultant

I am saddened by the service i have received from Vodacom. in July 2025, i have called to cancel a cellular contract to my name on the number ***. While dealing with the consultant I found her being very addiment and tried to convince me to not close the account. So eventually I manage to win the fight and had my contract close to the number ***, but thats what i thought.

Two months later, I now found that this consultant manage to migrate this number ***, and not close it. But also to find out the same consultant also manage to migrate another number I own ***. So me trying to lesson my dept now was *****ed by Vodacom and I was ****med.

Sadly I manage to get through today to Salomi at Migrations department today. She has now said to me she would reverse the migration on both accounts, but the account I have called to close is now due for an upgrade, meaning its still open and i still have to pay for this accounts this month. Then I have to call again to close this accounts. So its a saddened lose lose situation for me.

I hope you can assist me firstly to catch and stop these consultants. Then also to get my accounts sorted.

Good day
Im not sure why you cant reach me. However Salomi has reached me three times. There was no other calls to my phone from Vodacom.
Can i also get the Vodacom team to listen to the voice recording please to confirm that i have made the agreements which they say I have done, to migrate my accounts. I cannot see how they have investigated and now expect me to make a way to a Vodacom store to listen to the recordings, because i know that i have not agreed or even thought of doing this migrations.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to respond to my messages. I manage to call the call center this morning after they called me. The consultant said she would follow up and return my call. Its just strange that when Vodacom consultant called me with the outcome after the investigation, that the teleprint is showing that i have agreed to the migration but they say they did not listen to the voice recording. Then they saying the investigation is now complete. When i requested the recording they said i should now go to any Vodacom store to listen to it. So, my request is for Vodacom to investigate the voice recording and let me know if that is me on the recording. because its clear for me to see that this **** is greater than Vodacom thinks. I know i have not agreed to this migration and if Vodacom customers are being ****med so easily, I'm too afraid to ask how many more people are being ****med. Just to mention that my college at work was also ****med the very same way.
