****med by Vodacom by putting me into unnecessary arrears.

I had a Vodacom contract in 2023, they gave me issues regarding my monthly debit from my account while I had sufficient funds but they started to double debit me with no reason, this bothered me a lot because I had sufficient funds in my bank account but they kept saying they could not debit my account and this kept going for months I complained because now I was accumulating arrears unnecessarily and I had to pay via Eft which was very inconvenient for me. I had to eventually try to cancel my contract and but they could not assist me. I even went to one of the Vodacom call centres in Durban umhlanga, regarding these double debits, spoke to an Indian young lady who came to me down stairs and said she will handle the matter but still I was not assisted. My contract was eventually in arrears this gave me a bad name I recently had to pay almost R2500 just because Vodacom failed to assist me regarding my debit order for the data contract I had with them, but they went on and had the audacity to increase my debit order without my knowledge from the initial agreement of R230 per month for data to R300 and some change. The I lost my trust to Vodacom network, especially because at some point I used the network for my mobile number, I would recharge but my airtime would just vanish into thin air, so I had to stop trusting them. Hope people don't fall into the Vodacom **** of not being able to debit and the one of recharging but I not being able to use that airtime. 😞😭
