Here's a sample bad review: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Vodacom! They've been ****ming me with outrageous charges on an expired contract. I'm still being charged double or more for a service I no longer have! Their customer service is nonexistent - just a bunch of automated responses and unhelpful agents. DO NOT TRUST VODACOM!
