Im very disappointed with Vodacom their sales agent called me and offered me a device contract which turned out to be a Sim only deal I asked the agent several if he is sure that this is deal and he said with confidence. I demand an investigation because I was misled and it is not really fair that someone can use Vodacom credentials to **** customers there may be other victims out there . Im start to loose trust on Vodacom as a company if such things persist I will cancel all engagements with them and report the matter to ICASA and consumer omsbud .
