Mecer Guru Black friday Deal - Be careful

I was contacted by an agent on the 19/11/20 to be told that as a loyal customer of 16 years I was being offered the Black friday special of a Mecer Guru laptop at R399pm for 36 months, which included 10GB pm data pm, Windows 10 and office 365 for a year valued at R1400 as well as a checkers or dischem voucher. I received the laptop on the 23/11/20. Only 1.33GB of data has been loaded and I was told that its 5GB for day use and 5GB for night use (also misinformed by consultant on the 19/11) and that i need to purchase my own office 365 (For R1400) I haven't received the checkers voucher either. The consultant lured me in with false information and I was told nothing can be done about it, except to return the laptop. I think its unacceptable to close a deal with false information and then inconvenience the client.
