Wow. The BEST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I've ever received from Vodacom this morning I called 114 regarding a query I had and a very polite, professional and respectful Mbali assisted me. She even called me back 09:04am to make sure things are ok. Mbali YOU'RE THE BEST. I ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT BODACOM SERVICE. Today after speaking with you, I'm glad Vodacom has people like you. Keep it up Mbali. I don't know your surname but my experience with you says a lot about you and blessings and good things shall follow you. Vodacom just use my number to trace who's this lovely Mbali I spoke to. Beyond excellent service!
