MBA in rudeness and attitude

What training is given to your consultants? Do you include BAD attitude course? Well if you do then the consultant that phoned me this morning must have MBA in it!?!?!?

You guys call from a weird unregistered number which contains only one digit!!! "1"

Stop using that because WE as clients see it as someone that is going to **** us and when YOUR client states that why are calling from the number drop the attitude and do your work as prescribed by your training department. You giving call centers and consultants a BAD name.
