Maybe Launching the Bot was Premature to solve complex custmer problems.

I've been having problems receiving calls and with my airtime. I called Vodacom customer care and was put through to their Bot. This AI Bot thing doesn't work. It either can't solve your problem, or if it asks you to choose an option, the option isn't recorded. When you go into a Vodacom store, they also have issues using the bot to solve customer issues. So the store can't help, while you can't talk to a human on their customer care line. I've had my number for two months now, and I can't receive calls or make calls.
