Maybe if we ignore the client, he'll go away....

I have complained about Vodacom Spam for many years. Everytime (after 4-6 months of denial and excuses) I get promised that it's over and will not get anymore spam from Vodacom.

And then it simply starts again.

Although Vodacom has once again promised me that it is over, I want a more solid commitment. Vodacom can suggest what punitive action they will impose on themselves should they once again be caught doing this.

I am not going away until all my contracts are up and released, or they make reparations to restore some trust.

Committing to a reply in public, and then ignoring the client anyway does not count as a reply.
