May I have my number back

Good im khethiwe malefofa I wrote for hellopeter no long ago if im not mistaken 1 week back I was complaining about vodacom about te treatment I received about the number that ive been using for more than 15 years but was deleted in a short term of period 2 months not active

They did call me the lady who attended my issue she asked questions then I answer then she said to me in order for them to recover my number I should send them a proof that my number was active then she send me an Email to send a proof I did try several times to send the screenshots they not going through i even send them the email that Im not winning to the screenshots are not going through but I haven't receive and feedback from them

The only proof that I can produce now is to give them the number that phone me and dates they can check on their system hopefully that will help becouse I really need this number back I wont just let this slide becouse this is my number and I want it back ive been loyal to Vodacom for such a long time not losing my number the next thing they just delete just like that

This is not just a number this is my life i really need it so bad🥹🥹
