Master Account Holder

Last year I cancelled my contract with Vodacom, after paying up my phone. Months later, I was unable to buy data or use any of their promotional services. I thereafter contacted the Vodacom call centre, where I was told that my account has not yet been cancelled, I was then advised to go in a Vodacom store to cancel the contract. As advised, I did so. When I got to the store, I was then told that my account has been handed over to some Jet/Edgars cellphone group, as to whom gave them the authority, no one knows. I cannot get hold of the Jet/Edgars group as inretailers are unable to assist. I then called Vodacom yesterday where I spoke to a rude lady, who told me to go register my number on www.vodacom.co.za, as my number has been deactivated. I couldn't understand what I was being told, but I went to the website to do what I was instructed to do, but got nothing of that sort. As to why she couldn't do it for me, I don't know. I then called Vodacom AGAIN, I spoke to a lady by the name of Mellissa, who promised to call me by 8am, which she did not do.

I need answers, I want to know who is my Master Account Holder, who gave permission to hand over my account to the Jet/Edgars group?

The service that Vodacom has rendered to me for the past two months has been HORRIBLE, to say the least.
