Massive overcharging and Non-existent Customer Service

Given that I was taking on tenants into my home I called into the Newlands Vodacom Store with the sole purpose of finding out if my 3G data service had a cap on it. I was told in no uncertain terms that it did. In true style the shop sold me another 2 year contract with a new route that I did not need.

Fortunately I dicsovered that the Tenants had run up a bill of over R5,000 in a matter of hours and tushed into the shop to stop the service. The Customer Service received was as bad as the first time I set foot into the shop.

To cut a very long story short, the store eventually offered to escalate the problem to The Vodacom Trade Partner Admin. In typical fashion I have had zero response from anyone and it is completely useless to try and get any information from the shop, the staff and management of which are as bad. Everything was blamed on slow systems, new system upgrades and no records of previous corespondence or history as a result.

Please will someone get in touch with me.
