Martha Single Asset to an otherwise apathetic business

This is not a review about Vodacom as they actually suck it’s about a lady by the name of Martha who works for Vodacom. I have been trying to sort out my upgrade for the past 2 weeks and still haven’t managed to do so however Martha follows up all the time. She calls me almost daily and puts me through to people who are supposed to assist. I’m still not sorted out yet but Martha is an asset to an otherwise useless team of people at Vodacom
