Marion at Vodacom Consumer Website Team finally delivers
I would like to rate 5 out 5 stars for Mr Marion from Consumer Website Team at Vodacom, My refund of over R9 000 was finally paid to my account today, after almost 1,5 months of dealing with vodacom, I still rate vodacom 1star for their continued mismanagement of our accounts, they are lucky they have people like Marion working for them. Can vodacom please provide their customers with an email address because the people manning the phones are clueless or have no power to do anything.
