Maponya vodashop service

I just want to report a sales consultant by the name of pinky from maponya mall vodashop she doesnt know her Job. I went there to do the sim swap and she told me that my number has been ported to another network i must go to MTN,telkom and cell C to check .I went to Telkom and they told me my number is still with vodacom and i went back to vodashop another gentlemen assisted me and he found that she told the wrong information.Pinky she is very rude she doesnt know her Job
