The 5stars goes to Thato Chuene at Vodacom Head Office, an employee who went all out to make sure that my query is resolved and all in order, after speaking to different consultants who didn’t have solution and telling me different stories and from different department. He step in and did not waste time but go straight to the point, the detailed feedback he gave me answered what the consultants failed to answer, I truly believe that I am going to have peace of mind after being assisted by Thato.
