Many issues with new vodacom contract

On the 22nd of April 2016, I took out 3 contracts for the iPhone 5S for R199 (for my 3 children), and a few weeks earlier upgraded my main contract to a Samsung Galaxy s6 at Vodacom C**** Walk. However, within 2 days, one of the iPhones was returned due to display issues and was sent as an OBF device for review. Almost two weeks later, after many many phonecalls were not returned, I decided to go in physically where I was told the device was approved as OBF some time earlier but no one could get around to contact me. Anyway, they asked me for the device color etc and told me the phone would be replaced. Again, over a week went by and no contact from them regarding stock and i decided to call them when I was told the device was discontinued and i would have to choose a device of similar value or pay in a massive difference for the iPhones they have in stock. I was also told i cannot cancel the contract for the one phones as the contract is seperate to the handset. However, the only reason for me taking this contract was because it was an iPhone and i feel if i cannot get what i signed up for, i should be eligible to cancel the contract. To top off extremely bad service at vodacom c**** walk, an additional R210 screen insurance (R70 x 3) was deducted from my account whereas the sales person explicity said the screen insurance is covered in the R199 and hence is free. Extremely disappointed, it is going on to be 1 month of not even using the phone.
