MANY DEPARTMENT NO RESPONSIBILTY

First I dial customer care, to be put through to ***, they put me through to ***, then to ***4.... this is pathetic! For the whole day I no one at Vodacom has been able to assist, my time has been waisted by keeping me on the line, putting me through to the incorrect department. This service is even worse than your competitors!
