Manufacturing fault on S6 Edge
Had the Samsung S6 Edge purchased on the 3 May 2015 and while away on a business trip discovered the manufacturing fault. Upon returning the goods on the 8 day after purchase I was advised that they won't be able to exchange this phone and had to be sent in for repairs. So it was taken to Eastgate for repairs under the following job numbers ***8, it was returned with my finger print security access not working. Which is now another issue that the phone didn't have when it went in for its first repair. So it's been in and out of the advanced repair centre and the normal repair centre on the following job numbers ***8,***6,***2 to fix my finger print access. Haven't had the phone for a month and two weeks now due to back and forth repairs. As a loyal customer of 15 years I am disgusted with the level of service from Vodacom and turning something small to a major issue. Will Vodacom be compensating me for fuel spend and driving to collect a phone that is faulty? You are leaving me with no option but request that my contract gets terminated if I don't receive a brand new phone and I will move my other contracts as soon as they expire to your competitor
