Manipulative agents just increasing plans.

In Dec, I received a call from a vodacom agent and was told that they noticed that I was being charged per minute when making calls and that they wanted to move me to per second. I even asked if nothing changes and was told yes nothing changes but the rate. This month when I checked my statement, I had been debited R111 more on my account with Vodacom. I then called them to query this and was told that I had migrated to a new package. I asked them to investigate and that I never agreed to paying more. The recording was listened to and they came back and said my request to change back down was rejected. At my request to listen to the recording I was told they couldn't send it to me and that i should go to a vodacom shop. I take my time on a Saturday, drive 40kms ,get to a store and am told it should've been mailed to me and they don't work on a Saturday on such issues. I call on Monday and am told to go to a store again. I go to a different store and after 23 minutes holding on the phone the recording is sent to the store. I listen to it and It is clear on the phone that I am explained to that I will be moved due to being charged per minute and when I clearly say "wait so nothing is going to change" the agent says that is right maam nothing will change just the rate because we see that you are spending alot on airtime. When agents call and manipulate their wording by saying "you will be migrated in January" when that means nothing to the client is unacceptable. Can someone help revert me back to my previous plan or cancel my plan with vodacom or I will be forced to reverse all future payments. I never asked for more minutes or agreed to any of this.
