I want to rate Mandy Mbatha from Vodacom 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and Vodacom 1 ⭐️. She initially called me to offer the Vodacom fibre but I informed her that I scheduled an appointment with Vodacom and they never arrived nor called and I sent the customer care emails and they still haven’t responded. She went above and beyond by ensuring I have their details and she followed up with me to check if they have responded, which they still haven’t done. I hope she has a successful career as she is attentive, compassionate and professional.
