Managers running the store into the ground

<p>Upon visiting Lakeside Mall Vodacom there is 1 person availablefor tech support. My ticket is C12, they are only on C06. I have been here for an hour now and they have seen 1 customer. The manager is up here, helping at counter D - where there are few to no customers. But there is 1 guy helping at counter C (they have space for 4 people to help!) and all the customers here are waiting for tech support (Counter C). Absolutely ridiculous service or should I say, lack of service! </p>
