Managers at Vodacom Do Not speak to Customer. Why ?

I only make contact with Vodacom, when i need to Upgrade, they messed this up every time. Managers are always in Meetings, and you need to deal with arrogant, untrained *********** staff, you should consider hiring More leaders than Managers, Managers at Vodacom don't speak to Staff cos they have a title to uphold, I'm waiting for a manger to call me, counting the days
