Get a Manager to phone me, so that I can arrange for you to pick up the router at my work address hopefully this cant be *****ed up like you *****ed up my fibre order, I order Vumatel you install open serve, a guy phones me this morning sayin he cant even understand what happened to my sales order, and he would phone me back …. well still waiting for that call to happen. Then Vumatel phones me to arrange to come and send another technician on Friday, I will not waist any more of my time or energy on a company that has no CEO, no control, zero managers, *****s up orders send out the wrong people, how are you making money?? You must be loosing Millions, they should audit you guys, the next big thing. So I will not be using Vodacom for my fibre please send someone to my work address which you Facebook people got the other day, and they must all be off for 2 days now or sleeping, or just ignoring a customer, and I emailed this lady as well :Nompumelelo Zungu Vodacom Fibre To The Home, please get a Manager to phone me I am no longer interested in using Vodacom and I am done as no on has a clue what's going on, no leadership there except for one guy Warren. Don't give him bells make him the CEO.
