Manager refuses to speaker to me - "customer abuse"

In the process of trying to port out a CellC contract and open a new cell phone contract with Vodacom Hillcrest, I find out that the staff at Vodacom in Hillcrest don't know what to do. One says one thing and another says something completely contraditory. The result is that I am expected to go into the Vodacom store 3 times over 3 consective days. Not only this, I'm told that it is possible that this activation won't work and so the 3rd visit on the 3rd day may not be my last. In disbeleif I request to speak to the manager. The assistant I'm speaking to goes into the back room to call the manager (Wiseman Dlungwane), who dismisses me and outright refuses to see or speak to me. I am so outraged that I will not open this contract with Vodacom and furthermore I will cancel my own contract when it id due. I have been a client of Vodacom's since 1997. I have paid via debit order in full (currently well over R1000/month) on the same day of each month for 20 year without missing a single payment and MANAGER, Wiseman Dlungwane, at Vodacom Hillcrest doesn't have the ordacity or professionalism to come out of his office to understand one of his customer's fustrations. I am disgusted!!!! A chapter has ended and quite frankly, I am pleased as the customer abuse by Vodacom can end.
