Manager or damager....

I went to Vodacom at Mall@Reds this morning because my phone won't pick up certain wifi networks. After waiting for 30min a trainee at tech zone tried to assist me, but couldn't find the problem. He went to his manager who told him, without looking at the phone, to book the phone in for a software update. I told the trainee that the software was updated less than 2 weeks ago. I then ansked to speak to a manager because no one else was willing to help me. This same tech zone manager, i believe his name is Ronan, very annoyed told me he is the manager and what is my problem. I was taken a back by his rudeness as i was not rude to him at all. I explained the situation again and he told me i must book the phone in for 7 to 21 days so that the problem can be found. I told him it must just be a problem with the settings and the phone do not need to be booked in. He then asked me what i want him to do about it, my answer, i don't know, I'm not a technician. To that he put my phone down on the table, told his trainee not to help me anymore and tuned his back on me. I was so shocked at this little man treating me like **** in a shop full of people. The shop manager even made excuses saying he isn't always like that. As if it is common practice to be unprofessional and rude. My phone was sorted out and it was only 2 settings that reset or changed outomatically. I will never set foot in that shop ever again. Shame on you tech zone manager, or rather damager.
