Manager not wanting to assist!!!

I app**** for a contract on 02/09/'15 and it was approved on 05/09/'15, no one called me to let me now that my contract was approved. When i called them on the 5th i was advised that the application was approved and i was told that the phone were out of stalk and that the new stock will arrive on Wednesday (09/09/'15). when i called in the morning of the 09/09/2015 i was then advised that the stalk has arrived and i should come collect the phones. when i arrived at the store to my surprised i was told that i cannot get the phones because the special was finished it ended on the 7th of Sep '15. When Cheslin the consultant who was assisting told his manager Ronelle Jacobs she said it's non of her business.
