Manager ismael not fulfilling promise

Still no response from manager ismael after I was promised he would call a few times already.. Vodacom really sc****d the barrel with their recruiting process.. After my last review on bad service 3 agents called me to apologise for not calling me back initially and promised to have their manager ismael call me. And guess what he still hasn't called or emailed me. And I want to upgrade... I want to give them more money.. It makes no sense Top companies going down the gutter because of their ilazy staff
