Manager doesn't know what is going on in her shop

We handed in my CAT phone for a replacement and head office was very helpful in this regard. On Monday, 11 April this phone was couriered from Polokwane to Louis Trichardt. Selina signed for this waybill on the 12th.<br> We went there this morning, 16 April, to collect the phone and no-one knows where the phone is. The manager then **** to us by telling us that the waybill says it has been dispatched but not yet delivered. On the other hand she said she tried to call the courier complany and they didn't answer... So the phone is supposed to be in the shop but they cannot find it!!! I am disgusted with the poor service and the fact that the manager **** to us. Just be honest madam then non of this would have happened!
