Manager at vodacom 4u westgate making threats

<p>A few minutes ago i was told I can't get a new phone aso the OB covers hardware faults. The speaker still distorts athe low and high volume which is a hardware fault. So some lady here called the manager <span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Romano </span>and he said to here they can't give me a new phone or refund. So I asked to speak to him and I told him I want a new phone or a refund he said no the screen that they replaced was R2000. Then after I said vodacom westgate damaged my phone he threatens me saying he just bought something from my store and he will go and damage it and bring it back. Then he went on to say that I must see what he will do to me. I will only accept a refund or new phone </p>
