Phoned Vodacom upgrade Dept on Monday 8/02. Did 2 x double contract deals. Told delivery will take place on Friday 12/02. Friday comes no delivery as phones not in stock!!! Entire day on phone trying to find solutions. Left messages for Ismail who is the manager to ph me as he is apparently in meetings - no call back at all!!! Spoke to a LANDON / LANTON who supposedly could not hear me - promising I will phone u back straight away - an hour passed - I am still waiting!!!!!!!!! No call back - no phones - no solutions
