Mall@Reds - Most *********** store in Centurion

My daughters phone got ****** at school on 20/06/2017. We phoned Vodacom 111, to blacklist the phone and all was done. The following day she was fortunate enough to recover it. We went to the Vodashop at Mall@ Reds to request to remove the blacklist. A guy with the name Jacques assisted us, or rather, so we thought. We completed the form and he said all should be fine within 48 hours. Needless to say, on 23/06/2017 the phone was STILL not on the network. We went back to the store and the same *********** guy said it would be fixed by 19:00 that evening.

By Saturday morning, 24/06/2017, the phone was still off. We phone and he promise to sort it out. I phone again the afternoon and asked to speak to the manager, and I was referred to a Reinette, who is the “assistant manager”. I hope she never gets promoted to a manager as she delivers the same pathetic, non-existent service as Jacques. She promise to sort this out and get back to me, which also didn’t happen.

No Sunday morning, I phone then AGAIN, this time, irritated and frustrated. Again absolutely nothing happened by empty promises and a bunch of excuses. I then phoned 111 to see if they can’t help me, spoke to Siyabonga who assisted me and advised me that Vodacom has not received any form to remove the blacklist. He was very helpful and advised me to go to another store and complete the from AGAIN.

I then phone Mall@Reds shop again and asked to speak to the Manager, who apparently is Angela/Angelique. She is the ugliest, rudest, most-*********** manager I have EVER dealt with. She shouted louder with every bad excuses she had for her staff. She had no understanding or empath for our frustration. She is probably you worst assist. I have been a client with Vodacom of 16 years, and never experienced service like this. She is arrogant and thinks she did me a favour to listen to my complaint, which actually was just a waste of my time and money. She advised me that Vodacom is lying and that the form was sent through on the 20th. She said that the reason the phone is still off is because it take 48 working hours.

Please Vodacom, help me sort out my daughters phone, and give me the service I deserve….

And lastly, fired our *********** , uns****ed and unqualified staff at Mall@Reds, and employ more Siyabongas!!!!!!!
