Vodacom allowed me to do a balance enquiry and load an airtime balance and make chargeable calls from a sim that was past its inactivity date but not yet locked and only after I loaded more airtime they locked it for inactivity. The only way to unlock it involves going into a store an buying a recharge voucher then making a billable call, all within an hour of phoning the call centre...Neanderthal technology!<br> Why can I not load airtime online for this?<br> The call centre was unable and unwilling to escalate this and could not understand my unhapiness.
