Making their own internal problem their clients'!

I posted a complaint on Hello Peter over the weekend to inform Vodacom of my frustrations in terms of how they're handling my query - being that I did inform them, via the call centre as well as by walking into many Vodacom shops myself as well, that I've been experiencing problems with my phone but that I couldn't afford to send it in for repairs, which say said can take between 2-4 weeks, whilst they didn't have any loan phones to give to me in the meantime (on every of the many times I requested 1) - as I needed my phone for work purposes and would rather keep on using a faulty phone instead of no phone at all. Then as luck would have it my phone ended up breaking completely short after it went out of warranty - however then for some convenient reason they \couldn't access the call centre's system in order to see the dates on which I previously informed them of the problems, whilst the phone was indeed still under warranty - apparently \"not even the head office can access this info\" - who would believe that?! I also posted a previous complaint on Hello P regarding this same problems with my phone last year (ref nr ***), but I suppose they also \"didn't log it on their system\""
